A typical car wash may cost you $15-$25. However that’s considered chump change, quite literally for one Scottish company which offers what they call the ultimate car cleaning for over $150,000.
Thought to be the most expensive vehicle makeover in the world, part of the cleaning process utilizes a secret ingredient in the wax, which comes from one of the tallest trees in an undisclosed Brazilian location.
The owner of the company, Paul Wilkins stated “We’re not talking about cars which are parked up on the side of the road so I travel to wherever they are kept. I might need to go over it hundreds of times to make sure it is 100 per cent clear of any marks.”
Following the initial comprehensive cleaning, Wilkins goes over the car body with a specialized alcoholic agent to ensure no oily residue is left on the paint. The next step in the procedure involves the magic wax.
