It is considered to be one of the worst tragedies in recent times, and nearly 13 days after the floods Over 4,000 people are still stranded, waiting for help in upper reaches of Uttarakhand. Even as bad roads and weather hamper rescue operations the Indian Air force has stepped up its efforts to save those who are stuck in unreachable areas.
