Those who travel via train, refunding tickets can be difficult for those according to the new rules administrated by the Railway Ministry. The new rules advise a comprehensive change in rules in ticketing refund policy under which passengers will have to present their confirmed tickets at least 48 hours before the journey, instead of existing 24 hours to get the maximum refund.
