A shocking incident comes into light from Amritsar, where a youth was kept in hostage and tied with steel chains by his accused owner for not coming on duty for three continuous days. According to sources, the victim Kuldeep Singh had taken 30,000 Rs from the owner and promised him of working with him for a year.
