On May 25, Southeast Asia's most glamourous wine-tasting-slash-caving event sailed into the Halong Bay sunset on a replica of a 1920s paddlewheel steamer. The Emeraude's 9th Annual Wine & Dine Cruise Classic starred award-winning vintages from Australia's Jim Barry winery, and an evening of old-world romance and fine dining within the rocky vault of Hang Trong Cave.
