This is a video Guide showing a very easy way to get the "Hands off the Merchandise" Achievement.
Hands off the Merchandise- Kill the Pentagon thief before it can steal the loadout.
The steps to do this method are as follows:
1. As soon as you start at round 1 buy the "Quick Revive" (This is crucial to using this method)
2. Open the door to the hallway and clear the debris to the elevator.
3. Survive long enough (usually round 4) until you have AT LEAST 2750 points saved up.
4. Once you have 2750 points leave 1 zombie alive.
5. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Clear the debris at the stairs and to the elevator. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.
6. Once on the 3rd floor find the power switch and turn on the power. Pentagon thief will not appear until the power is on.
7. After the power is on take the elevator back to the 2nd floor.
8. Once on the 2nd floor make sure the elevator door stays open and remain in there. Kill the last zombie that you left alive. The Pentagon thief will appear at the beginning of the 5th or 6th round. In this video it was the 6th but on my account he appeared in the 5th. An alarm will sound announcing his arrival.
9. As soon as you hear the alarm (you should be in the elevator ready for this) cook a grenade to put yourself down. Start shooting him and it should be easy to kill him.
10. Thank god that someone found this method b/c its a bitch otherwise.
