A little puppy in Florida that had a rough start to life is now up for adoption. The dog named Debbie received a new prosthetic paw and is back to a healthy weight.

A little puppy in Florida that had a rough start to life is now up for adoption. Last month, the pooch, now named Debbie, was found wandering the streets.
She was missing a paw. The puppy was also severely underweight.
Debbie’s stomach was bloated from parasites and bacteria. Thankfully an organization named One Lucky Dog Rescue took the canine in and nursed her back to life.
Not only is she at a healthy weight, but Debbie has also received a new prosthetic paw thanks to a company located in Plantation. The artificial paw allows her to easily walk and play.
A worker at One Lucky Dog Rescue stated “Before she was kind of like pushing her body and motioned forward, and it was a real deep limp. Now she is a little bit more stable, and she's running around.” Debbie is now ready to go a good home.
