Russian Cat Caught Smuggling Cell Phones into Prison

Guards of a corrective labor camp in Russia have caught a cat while it was attempting to bring cell phones and cell phone chargers to inmates. The goods were taped to its belly, and it was spotted while trotting along the fenced perimeter.
