A British man was convicted of outraging public decency, after being accused of trying to take a picture up a woman's skirt. Prosecutors say CCTV footage showed him holding a camera underneath a woman in an up-skirt picture attempt. He reportedly told police 'maybe I was trying to light a fart.'
