The Crow: City Of Angels is an action game for the PlayStation, often regarded as one of the very worst games ever released for the platform. Playing as Ashe, you move through 2D-rendered backgrounds and fight 3D characters. The controls follow the old Resident Evil template, in which pressing up moves you forward in whichever direction you're facing. This alone makes it feel dated and slow, let alone the game's clunkiness. Ashe can pick up weapons, such as knives and beer bottles, but thanks to the controls, doing so is never easy. The Crow: City Of Angels is an early 3D game that was always considered bad, receiving poor reviews even in 1997.
