Actor Philip Seymour Hoffman has reportedly fallen off the wagon after twenty three years sober. TMZ reporting that Hoffman has admitted to getting out of detox after letting his drug problem get so bad he was snorting heroin. Realizing he needed help, Hoffman checked himself into rehab.
