A Burger King employee tricks robbers by hiding their getaway car.

Recently, a Burger King employee was credited for thwarting two suspected robbers.

According to police in Stockton, California, two men ran through the doors of the restaurant, brandished guns and demanded cash from workers. Shockingly, one extremely brave male employee sneaked out the back door.

The man noticed what he assumed was the suspects’ getaway car. The vehicle was still running so he hopped in, drove around the corner and hid it.

Once the alleged culprits ran outside, they quickly realized their escape plan was foiled. Panicked, the suspects ran to a nearby field. Although taking matters into your own hands isn’t recommended for obvious safety reasons, the police were grateful for the courageous employee. Officers were able to quickly arrest the two men.

Earlier this year, a gun brandishing woman reportedly attempted to rob a Mini Mart in Washington. The lady walked into the store at roughly 10 P.M. and ordered the clerk to empty the cash register, all while holding a firearm.

The worker thought it was a prank and told the woman that he was busy and continued gabbing away on the phone. The suspect left the store empty-handed.
