A woman makes a call to 911 saying that her ex-boyfriend is trying to break down her door. However, no sheriff’s duty was ever dispatched, and the ex-boyfriend broke into her apartment and raped and beat her. Police tracked down a Michael Bella of Josephine County Oregon and arrested him on charges of kidnapping, assault, and sexual abuse.
