The French designer and architect Philippe Starck spoke at C2-MTL, a conference on commerce on creativity, for 35 minutes, standing the entire time. Using only keywords and phrases to guide him, he spoke about the importance such concepts as ethics, subversion, vision and the notion of democratic design have played in his work.
