Delhi police on Wednesday (May 22) claimed that elaborate planning went into spot fixing before the IPL started. Bookie Jiju Janardhan got a new sim from Kochi two days after IPL season six started. The probe further revealed that Ajit Chandila had three phones in his name and was in touch with four bookies.
