Allies withdrawing support, ministers being forced to resign over corruption ---- it has all hit UPA 2 in its last year but on Wednesday (May 22) the Govt will look to put all that behind and focus on development as the PM unveils the UPA's report card on its ninth anniversary, hoping it will give them a boost in the run up to 2014.
