A trailer for the "Heroes" series at Granger Community Church, focusing on finding your fit in serving. Created entirely in After Effects. A 2D satellite image of the earth was turned into a photo collage using the faces of volunteers around church courtesy of David Harris (another volunteer) Using After Effects, this was turned into a 3D globe hovering in the vastness of space with the familiar Heroes eclipse. Took an entire week to create and another 12 hours of the computer crunching just to render it out.
