'Telephone Love' (2017). Exhibited in the group show: 'Rang Saazi'— at Lahore Music Meet. - An animated video projection inspired by the popular 80’s song: ‘Telephone Pyar’ by Nazia Hassan. The song features a girl who is in love with a strange and mysterious caller. The work visualises the feeling of ecstasy that she experiences upon hearing the voice of the unknown stranger. The visual aesthetics and sound design are influenced by retro computer graphics from that era. -
