This is a pretty special story. Danie works with inner city kids in Philadelphia and creates music with every other minute she has. She's 25 I now I think but at age 14 she was diagnosed with a rare eye disorder and has slowly been losing her sight ever since. It's hard to say how long she has before she won't have any sight at all, and when we did this video she was just able to see it. We shot this in about three hours one afternoon in New York. I really wanted to do something cool of just her performing her song so she could see a video of herself, shot and edited well.
